The entrance to the site will be from the turning area on the right, the limit of the adopted road, adjacent to where there is currently pedestrian access via a gap in the fence. Please note that the land is being sold with vehicular access from Robert Smith Court, and it will be the responsibility of the buyer to open up the access and install appropriate gates.
